Pricing questions
What do I pay to start?
A one-time setup fee, then your first month's plan. We connect your WhatsApp Business number and activate your account after you confirm payment with us.
Is WhatsApp's own message cost included?
No. Meta bills businesses for WhatsApp messages and you pay Meta directly. From 1 October 2026 Meta also bills replies to customers per message. Check Meta's current India rate card.
What are AI usage units?
AI usage is counted in tokens, small pieces of text. Longer chats and longer replies use more. Your Usage page shows what you have used and what is left this month.
What if I use up my plan?
Niks pauses and new customer messages wait in your inbox for you to answer. You can buy a top-up or move to a bigger plan, and Niks starts again.
Are renewals automatic?
Nothing is charged automatically. Renewals are confirmed with you first.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Ask us on WhatsApp or by email and we switch you.
